Stuffed Pork Chops

2 Butterflied Pork Chops
6 TB tomato basil feta cheese
2 TB shredded parmesan cheese
3 TB Pesto
1 garlic clove, minced
1 TB butter, softened
1 tsp pine nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix feta cheese, parmesan, pesto, garlic, pine nuts and butter in a small bowl.
Scoop half of mixture into each butterflied pork chop and secure with toothpicks.
Bake for 35 minutes or until pork chop is cooked through
Serve and enjoy.
