Spaghetti Pie

6 oz spaghetti
1 TB butter
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
2 TB pesto
3 slices provolone cheese
1 pound ground beef (or turkey)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella
1 tsp basil leaves

Cook and drain spaghetti. Stir in butter, ricotta and eggs while spaghetti is hot. Form mixture into a crust in a baking dish.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook ground beef (or turkey) and garlic. Drain off the fat and stir in the pasta sauce. Heat thoroughly. Meanwhile, s
pread cottage cheese over the spaghetti. Tear provolone into strips, mostly covering cottage cheese. Spread pesto over provolone.

Spread meat sauce on top. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Decorate with basil.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
