Pesto Pasta Chicken Bake




This was a "Let's see how this tastes" kind of dinner. It turned out really good.




3 chicken breasts
3 TB pesto
3 TB shredded parmesan cheese
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1.5 cups chicken broth
1 cup uncooked bowtie pasta
1 TB Emeril's Original Essence

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium sauce pan, heat soup, broth, pesto, and Essence until creamy smooth. Add bowtie pasta and mix well. Pour into baking dish. Add chicken breasts. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes. Serve with favorite vegetable garnish and enjoy.

So good. I had to substitute cream of chicken for cream of mushroom cause it was what I had on hand. It is a huge hit though!
