mmm, Beer Cheese

1 lb mild shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb sharp shredded cheddar cheese
3 tsp dry mustard
3 TB Worchestershire sauce
1 can beer (I recommend Budweiser)
Tobasco to taste


In a mixing bowl, add cheese, mustard and worchestershire. Mix well. Add beer slowly to desired consistency (you probably will NOT use the whole beer). Add tobasco to taste. Drink leftover beer and enjoy.

Good Beer Cheese has a spicy kick to it. Serve with crackers or pretzels.
